Overview
After surveying their classmates, Spanish 1 students were inspired to create a calming and serene space where they could de-stress. The class applied for a total of four Eco-Audit Grants to revamp an overgrown outdoor space and create the Bedichek Middle School Peace Garden. Students presented their design plans to EcoRise, Bedichek alumni, and other community members for feedback before hosting a school community build day to bring the garden to life!
